Riverfront Park, Bryson City. Two days of toe tappin' fun! Friday night music features an emphasis on traditional Southern Gospel, while Saturday's entertainment ranges from classic country, bluegrass, and clogging. In addition to music, the festival offers local arts and crafts, food, games for the kids, log-sawing contest, sack races and fun for the whole family.
The Swain County Annual Heritage Day Festival is held the Friday and Saturday before Memorial Day. The 2024 - 28th Annual Festival will be held May 24-25. Friday's Entertainment-Gospel Music; Saturday: Bluegrass, Country, Clogging & more.
This fall festival celebrates the leaves beginning to change in the beautiful mountain village of Cashiers. This popular and free event welcomes 100 artisans and merchants to the park. Visitors will find unique handcrafted wood, pottery, jewelry and much more on display and for purchase throughout the weekend. Food, drink, live music and a juried art show add to the festive spirit of this event.
